The pole interrpter of the circuit breaker, that is, the arc extinguishing chamber part, is a closed system that is maintenance-free for life. It is not affected by dust and condensation, and has strong environmental adaptability. The operation and maintenance costs are reduced, the independent structure of each pole of the circuit breaker and the operating mechanism are installed on the same rigid base, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or with a special propulsion mechanism to form a handcart unit. The light and compact circuit breaker structure guarantees its sturdiness and reliability.

The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium and arc extinguishing medium, and the insulating strength of SF6 gas is about 2.5 times that of air under atmospheric pressure.
The circuit breaker has high safety. Since the internal arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker operates under low pressure, although the gas compression and heat increase during operation will cause the internal pressure to rise, it is still in a low pressure state, reducing the risk of air leakage.
The circuit breaker has a good function of breaking capacitive current, especially suitable for the operation and protection of the capacitor bank. It does not generate operating overvoltage when breaking, so it can avoid damage to the life of the capacitor bank.
The main body of the circuit breaker is set in an insulating cylinder made of epoxy resin using APG process. This structure can effectively prevent the impact of external forces, environmental pollution and other external factors on the primary insulation.
The circuit breaker is equipped with a pressure relief safety film to ensure that any unexpected abnormal overpressure is released, although this situation will not occur.
The circuit breaker is equipped with SF6 low air pressure alarm auxiliary switch to ensure that the circuit breaker works under normal pressure.
The air chamber of the circuit breaker is designed to be maintenance-free, and each phase pole is designed as a gas-tight, permanently closed element, and the annual leakage rate is less than 0.5%. Fill the operating mechanism with lubricating oil.
The dimensions of the floor-standing circuit breaker are consistent with the mainstream 40.5kV vacuum circuit breakers on the market, and can be easily and safely assembled in the 40.5kV floor-to-ceiling removable switch cabinet.
