The 40.5kV Sensor-Embedded Insulator combines primary insulation with condition monitoring capability for high-value MV assets. It is designed for 40.5kV switchgear and distribution systems where real-time or periodic monitoring helps improve reliability, reduce unplanned outages, and support predictive maintenance.
The embedded / integrated sensor module can be configured (depending on model) to monitor temperature rise, electric field, leakage current, partial discharge-related signals, or mechanical stress, providing data to support maintenance decisions. Output and integration can be tailored for local indicators, wired communication, or gateway-based monitoring as required by the project.
